I’m Taylor Perez,
Founder + CEO of ABLY HR
I spent eight years in corporate HR before starting ABLY HR in 2021. During my time in corporate, I grew my knowledge and expertise in HR/people operations, employee experience, learning & development and workforce planning.
Since 2021, I’ve transitioned from supporting companies with thousands of employees to small businesses with fewer than fifty.
I am a detail-oriented, passionate, positive, and an organized team player. I live by my calendar and love the satisfaction of scratching tasks off my to-do list.
When I’m not at work you can find me planning my next travel adventure, reading a good book or rewatching Gilmore Girls for the thousandth time.
